Shattered View is a sculptural deconstruction of ceramic history. By rupturing the traditional vessel, a form synonymous with ancient utility, this piece exposes a hidden core of geometric abstraction.
These stoneware works bridge tradition and abstraction. Using the marble technique, I created vessels that rupture to reveal hand-carved Cubist geometries. Simultaneously, I use slab building to create rigid architectural bases, topping them with clay manipulated at peak moisture to mimic melting wax. The result is a permanent, ceramic exploration of gravity, history.
Sonder explores the realization that every stranger lives a life as complex as our own. My work translates these chaotic inner worlds into form, merging the rugged endurance of Himachal slate architecture and the surreal fluidity of melting wax. These sculptures capture the human condition: a rigid shell reshaped by the heat of internal experience.
