introduction

Created for the exhibition theme Sonder, Oblika embodies the quiet complexity within every individual narrative.

Its sculptural column is punctuated by organically placed spheres—each one unique in position and presence, yet intrinsically connected to the same vertical path. These spheres represent distinct stories moving alongside one another: separate, self-contained, but part of a shared continuum.

The lamp’s warm glow crowns this form, illuminating the harmony between individuality and collective experience. Oblika stands not just as a light source, but as a meditation on how many lives intersect within a single moment.

reflection

The collection explores the quiet understanding that every individual carries a world as intricate as our own. Across the three pieces—Oblika, Sola, and Vena—this idea is interpreted through form, rhythm, and subtle irregularity.

Oblika, with its ascending column and uniquely placed spheres, reflects parallel narratives moving along a shared path. Sola expands this notion through its organic top, where soft pockets represent the varied contexts we inhabit, while the spheres embedded in its legs echo singular moments within a common structure. Vena expresses interconnectedness through a network of carved legs—similar at first glance, yet each angled differently, revealing the individuality that lies beneath apparent uniformity.

Together, these pieces form a sculptural meditation on coexistence: separate stories held within a collective framework, each adding depth to the spaces we share.
